Prelude to our boracay trip

I'm currently waiting for my other office mates. We're going to boracay in awhile via ship. I'm kinda excited and also very happy. I thought I would not be able to join them since its raining very hard during the last few nights. Good thing there's no more storm. The travel time takes about 12 hours. It'll be tiring but its worth the long wait! I'll blog this wednesday and tell you the rest of the story. Yipee!!

Election 2004

It's been really awhile since I last posted a thing or two on this blog. Not that I've been really busy this past few weeks but I haven't found the urgency to post anything. It's been almost a week since the national elections took place. I really regret my decision not to exercise my right of suffrage. Moreso, the on-going issue regarding newly-registered voters who where remained unlisted on their respective precincts. Unfortunately, they haven't been able to vote. I still (at this moment) would want to pursue voting to give justice to our country's future. With all the mishaps of our political system, the nation continues to plunge lower than before. The stock market and the peso is more vulnerable to the effects of policital turmoils that continues to grow almost everyday. Therefore, I should take a stand and vote my righteous candidate to lead us to prosperity. Nonetheless, may I present my own choice of candidates that I should have voted for given the chance to vote.

With the on-going turmoil in our electoral system, I'm really disgusted with the losing parties trying to cry out loud and keep on saying that they've been cheated. HELLO?! Like in every election it's already a given that cheating is rampant but I don't believe that there's a massive fraud that would affect the majority of results. My only suggestion for them is to be very vigilant and prevent acts of fraud in the counting of the ballots. They should accept defeat and respect the voice of democracy. They should also know the effects of any protests that they wished to commensurate while the counting is still in progress. This will make our economy bleed at its worse and be pulled by such lack of decency. Anyway, if there's really a massive fraud I could say that I'm thankful. That's a good way to prevent FPJ from being the president. What could that man do to our dying economy?
