As a Senior Associate

Working as a Senior Associate has a helluva responsibilities. Basically, you have to manage the work of your staff. Review their work as it should be close-to-perfect when you present it as an evidence in the AWS. On top of that, you have to take charge of your staff's learning experience. You also have to critically assess the engagement you are handling and filter the risks that should be presented to your manager/director. The responsibilities are flowing endlessly on you. Not only minimal contact with your superior but he leaves with you the critical decision you should apply on the engagement. Well, after my boss' one-week training, I got a lil occupied with work. Not that I resent this sense of work-maturity, it actually goes right to my skin. I have to admit that after a premature 2-year experience, its not enough for me to carryout these responsibilities. Time and again, SGV has given me a bulk of challenges to face with. Well, I have to finish these voluminous tasks ahead. At least for quite a minute there, I was able to extract some thoughts I've been longing to take out from my system.
