After four years and four months of working with AMT, I finally received the much awaited letter. I was following it up for weeks. I couldn't go to Europe not knowing what will happen to my job and the certainty of the severance pay.
But come to think of it, I have really come to love not only the work but the people I worked with. The team we built and the culture we developed is priceless. I have molded my team into responsible people who strives in reaching their aspirations.
It did not worry me if I leave. I know that I can pass on the torch to my well trusted assistant.
I would definitely miss the perks of working with AMT. Phone at cost. Getting first hand knowledge of Samsung deals. Going to concerts in the Corporate Box in Olympic Park. Most of all, the flexibility of working. Me going to the Philippines for business. And I always get the vacation leave I wanted.
But seriously, thank you AMT. My growth was exponential because of you.
